IDEAS I

I think there is a lot we can be inspired from the Mexican "tianguis", especially the nomadic nature of it and the way how its "built"or improvised in a sort of tent-like arrangement. But I'm specially interested on the colors of the plastic they use as roofs and the structure that could resemble to an abstract painting.

There's something really interesting also about the structure of "mercado": It seems chaotic but ordered at the same time. Here is a picture of an aerial view of a tianguis. I think this kind of color and structure arrangements can be applied somewhere in the project.

Aqui hay una idea, tal vez muy burda, de como podriamos usar estas estructuras y colores.

I made this small panels using the same material they use for the "tianguis" and I think it can be presented in a very abstract and modern way. And at the same time they remind us of Mexico.
Maybe these panels could be wall size panels (maybe covered with an acrylic) using all the plastic colors available.
